Thank you so much for shopping with Ooh La Lepeche Boutique. It is our hope that you love your purchases as much as we do however if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s), kindly follow our store policy below.
Refunds
Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of earrings for reasons of hygiene and safety; and as such, we will not be accepting returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as they are received and contact us within seven (7) days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can replace the item OR issue a store credit. Please note to be eligible for a replacement or store credit, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and based on your selection, let you know when the replacement will be shipped or if a store credit was issued.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@oohlalepeche.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
